This gentle Yoga class will focus on breath, movement and awareness, with an experience of relaxation to support overall health. When practiced regularly, Yoga can be very useful in supporting overall good health, including stress management, sleep disruptions, relief of chronic pain, headache relief, and $exibility. You may think you are not $exible enough and cannot do yoga. Beth Meyers says that as long as you can breathe, you can practice yoga. Beth Meyers, 500-RYT, began teaching Yoga in 2003. After experiencing other traditions of Yoga, she now studies and teaches in the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar; a classic school which is student focused. Beth is registered with both the Yoga Alliance and KHYF.org (in India).
